District 9

I got a chance to watch District 9 today. Having heard from friends and from some reviews on the internet, I was excited to get a chance to finally see it. I was disappointed however. Although the last 45 minutes were filled with action, shoot outs, suspense.. to me it was just ok. Nothing spectacular, no in depth character development or relationships, I felt the plot was thin. I would wait until it comes out on DVD to watch it, I just don't think it's worth the price of admission at the theatre.
