Last Sunday I had the privilege to meet a Congressman from the Philippines, Glenn Chong, who represents the District of Biliran. We met at the residence of the President of the West Coast Navalian Association, Teresita Strozier. Tita Cita as we call her was kind enough to invite me to take photographs of the occasion.
